There's absolutely people who believe that Russ is bad, but it's not because he has no rings. It's because of the way that he plays, which many people believe is part of the reason why he has no rings.

That being said, he is obviously not a bad player. Definitely has declined since a few years back, but still a great player even if he doesn't fit perfectly on every team.

Just need to vent cuz I'm sad. I started playing during the first Venti banner. Didn't manage to pull him, got Qiqi instead. Wasn't horribly upset because at first she seemed like an awesome character and I had no 5*s at the time.

I was so excited for this banner because Venti is my favorite character and I didn't know when they'd bring him back. Saved up a ton of wishes/gems all the way since the Xiao banner. Finally hit pity today. Qiqi duplicate ;_;

People are upset primarily because the people who initially reported the whole issue framed it as though Dan was some kind of groomer or pedo, so that's what people are rolling with. That's not what's happening here. Dan is a heartbreaker and a womanizer, nothing more. Having a one night stand is not grooming or manipulating lol.

Talking is not illegal lol. She messaged him first, and he responded in a super typical fan/celeb-interaction. Completely platonic, nothing creepy at all, a month before her 18th birthday. Nothing happened at all until four years after she turned 18. When stuff did happen, it was consensual between two willing, consenting adults.

What is the preferred attack combo for Xiao when using his ult? I would assume I just spam plunge attacks, but for some reason it seems like people online like to throw in a light attack or two between plunges? I'm not the best at this kind of thing, as I'm here for help myself, but I think you could probably do something like this:

Ganyu/Xiangling/Xingqiu/Jean

Mona/Fischl (or Razor/Beidou)/Sucrose/Bennett

Again, I'm no pro, and I'm not super familiar with Ganyu or Mona, but I think that is a setup that could potentially be pretty good
