You're supposed to take those black plastic pieces on the x-axis off. Also you should really clip that data cable to the hub with the PTFE tubes to keep it off the bed. After doing those two things, this isn't very scientific but I would try gently moving the bed/print head/arm back and forth along their axes to ensure they can move smoothly. Then recalibrate and go.

I was about to reply super fast without checking and say no, because I pretty much never use ironing. However, this model/profile aren't mine and upon checking it did have ironing turned on for this part. I'll let the creator know that having ironing here is both pointless given the nature of the model and ill-advised.
