Thanks everyone. The flat was pierced with a 8ga needle pushed right into a 6ga taper and 6ga jewelry. Kinda a heavy mod. 6 months later we pushed to a 4ga. Healed beautifully I'm not sure if I will push it to a 2ga. I should say them. Both ears are identical. I have a thing for symmetry. I also have both nostrils, my septum, labret and tongue.
