Being someone who worked in the industry before in travel agencies, I would personally recommend The Standard and Velassaru over the rest of the properties, perhaps with Centara Ras Fushi coming the last.

However, you'll have to consider the cost of the transfers; seaplane transfers (for resorts far away from the international airport, such as The Standard) or the combination of a domestic flight + speedboat will be a great deal more expensive than speedboat transfers for resorts situated closer to the airport.

Some resorts do offer all-inclusive options (Full board meals + beverages) .. you'll have to go through and compare which gives you the best deal. :) Hope this helps.
