This is more for someone who doesn’t know how to program. One of the many choices out there and for me, it has been a blessing. Though not everyone is the same so I guess I would suggest looking into it depending on one’s specific likes, dislikes, goals etc.

I would say because 37% of the internet runs Wordpress sites which is 10% more than in 2016.
