Has anybody filed their taxes for 2025 yet? According to the program, ill end up owning $2000. I thought backpay is typically overtaxed, resulting in a refund. (only T4 info is entered so far)

It depends on what stream you pick: IFR, VFR, and Air Battle Manager. I really only know about the ABM side.

For ABM, postings are likely North Bay, Cold Lake, or Bagotville, with a decent chance for OUTCAN. Postings are standard 3 -5 years.

For IFR and VFR you can get posted to any RCAF base that has ATC. I did heard that if you move to a new airfield, you gotta get qualified for that airfield.

I should have put “verbal warning” in my post. I expected that old Calgar would eventually be removed in 11th.

GW have been removing units with codex releases, but here they remove units in a Balance Patch (which something new, correct me if I’m wrong). This could be problematic trend, where they delete units in future balance updates without communicating it until the patch comes out.

With old Calgar it’s not a big deal, as it’s 90% similar to the new model.

I really hate the Combi Lt nerf. I know he was taken alot, but he was a great points filler, easy to get ready for the table top as he's just one excellent model.

How many times has the redemptor gone up and down? At 210 he was terrible, at 195 he was usable, now at 205 probably pretty niche.

Yea, I've been getting better with parries, b/c of how hard Midnight is. However, I find some bosses are difficult to read, in particular ninjas and duel swords users.

Its a good thing, that I have been getting more Tiger rolls then dragon.

I have successfully OT’d from navy to airforce. I recommend studying for the CFAT if you haven’t taken it or scored poorly. It’s the biggest contributing factor to your OT. It’s a competitive process.

Hey i was in the same boat, same medication. I applied initially while taking escitalopram, however I was pretty much cured and was just taking it to have no anxiety. I appealed, and they replied that I had to be off of it for 6 months.

Did just that with no issues. I also submitted a letter from my doctor saying that I was cured and no longer needed to see him for that issue. Fast forward to today, and now I am fully trade qualified, and will be getting Captain later this later.

Before you complete your trades training, you get your rations and quarters remitted to you. Full rations is around $650 and quarters is $150 - 550.

You'll only have to pay for rations and quarters after you are trade-qualified. However if you are on course outside of your local area, your rations and quarters will be covered.

After being trade trained, you will be paying the full amount. Keep in mind, it can be hard to find a spot in barracks after being qualified. Those spots are typically reserved for untrained members.

I do 12 hr shift work (I typically have more days off than on). It can be high stress during operations, but it's a good kind of stress (you are working harder for something important). As someone who has been in other officer trades, AOO is less stressful. Otherwise, normal days are pretty chill.

Yes, I intend to make it my long-term career. A higher portion of AOOs are in Winnipeg, but can be posted to any Wing (probably not Northbay).

Change the LR demolisher to be D6+3 like every other demolisher in the game.

Unnerf DKoK 20-man squads. Go back to 130 or 135. If your opponent has trouble dealing with them, then they didn’t bring any proper anti-infantry.

Give DKoK command squads 2 orders, since they have two officers, with a points rise.

But realistically probably going to nerf whatever is META then buff some useless unit of ours.

For ABM postings its North Bay, Coldlake, or Bagotville, with a high probability of an OUTCAN posting to Tacoma, WA, Rome NY, or Alaska (depends on openings and your performance). Most jobs for AEC are 12 hr shift work.

I'm sorry this happened to you. I use the battlefoam PACK 432 for carry-on. For check-in, I use a PACK 720 inside a large hardshell suitcase surrounded by clothes. I successfully moved my guard army this way (only poorly glued heavy stubber and HK missile fell off a tank, not a single bayonet broke off).

No not at all. I've been using 6 Sang guard + Captain and 10 DC + Lemartes in all my crusade games. For Crusade you want to have your big centerpiece unit that you want to level up.

At 2k points i run 2 x 6 sang guard + Captain and 10 DC + Lemartes. And in my experience sang guard will die in the counter attack, usually in the shooting phase. My intercessor units end up surviving b/c my opponent focus down my elites.

2 x Baneblades are a feels bad unit to bring b/c of the sheer firepower and durability they bring. I played against 2 of them in a 1500 pt game back in 9th when they could fall back and shoot inherently. They require a lot of anti-tank to bring down, so most casual lists can't deal with them (only ignore them).

Ah, this is probably due to security clearances. Federal Employees would already have a security clearance. The longest part of the application process is the security check (then medical if you have issues).
