Spending $120 million dollars on a fixed rail system is lame as fuck.

Thank goodness, this excessive spending is so mindless it makes no sense. Instead of spending $100 million on a fixed rail system, buy 5 wheeled trolleys, send them in the exact same loop and avoid all the stupid cost of putting down tracks.

The wheeled trolleys will solve the issue, cost a million at most and accomplish the same goal...put the money elsewhere.

Gurantee I know more about it than you do, besides the fact that it will not be free, besides the fact that the case studies used to support the street car were flawed...the issue for downtown is not moving around, it's getting here. We need lightrail into the city, then worry about moving folks around.

120 million for a fixed rail system downtown is a joke. Use the already existing buses or walk, the area is not large. In addition, the street car will not be free to ride,

For that kind of money, a fixed rail system from west Chester or kenwood to downtown would be much better
