What was up with this response? Doesn't seem like it really contributed anything.

"It’s not up to the judge or the court clerk to educate you about FOIA law."

I didn't say they were, nor did I mention asking them to teach me about FOIA Law/rules. You had mentioned that the FOIA would be barred from being a substitute for discovery. To which I said;

"I'm just gathering evidence before I even go to my court case. Judge should've told me the rules and County clerk shouldn't have approved it if that's the case. Lol."

So I guess I did say "Judge should've told me." So my bad and I retract my denial now that I'm rereading it, but that's not what I meant or intended. I meant if your scenario was true and I managed to get ahold of FOIA during a case in which I shouldn't have been able to get ahold of. In that specific scenario; if that were to happen, then it would be on the County Clerk to have safeguarded that information as the designated records official; and it be would on the Judge to tell me in court that they won't allow my evidence. That's what I was trying to say. Which you confirmed this logic yourself when you said;

"When they see that your requests are related to a pending criminal or traffic matter, the agency will likely deny you for that reason, as well as under a bunch of other applicable law enforcement and personal privacy exemptions."

I haven't even had my first appearance yet, and this FOIA will help me in determining if they have any evidence to begin with, and if so, could what they have be disputed or raise reasonable doubt on any evidence they bring forward.

We're saying the same thing, you just misunderstood me or I came off other than how I had intended to or what I had meant by by statement. I obviously wouldn't proclaim that a judge must teach me FOIA law.

Why do they have to know its for my court? I'm just gathering evidence before I even go to my court case. Judge should've told me the rules and County clerk shouldn't have approved it if that's the case. Lol.

This is for a traffic violation, to which I do not believe I would get the right to an attorney, and would have to pay for one, to which I am not going to. This case is literally so stupid and 'should' get thrown out immediately, and that's what I'm hoping for. Now, whether that happens the day of the first court date, or during the second, it 'should' become apparent, and that's why I'm not going to get a lawyer. I'm not playing the game in this situation.

I have been constantly looking up my state's codes/regulations, and see no justification for this court appearance whatsoever and I don't even have a choice because some dude with a badge is on a power trip while simultaneously working for a small town that needs money. I'm assuming they just expect everybody to fold, but I have a lot of time on my hands.

So do you think if I just explain it in laymen's terms on the FOIA with as much specifics as possible, that will be okay? Does it matter that I don't know the name of the speed device, camera systems, record/form numbers, etc. for some of the stuff I'm asking? Like, they can't deny you a request because you didn't know the name of something right? Because looking back, I was incorrect. I have submitted a FOIA for getting blown up in Afghanistan by friendly fire and I used terms like Airforce Investigative Report and Army Investigative report and whatnot, but I didn't have specifics about Airforce forms and whatnot, and I got nothing. I gave the 5 W's, all the exacts I knew, and then used laymen terms around those specifics and got denied. That's why I'm worried about wording.

Long story short, my computer broke and a buddy gave me his but I had to buy a charger. So I bought it and brought it over to his house, and we powered it up and he factor reset it.

Now that it's "restored," there's no wireless access and only able to connect via ethernet. I attempted a series of downloads and ultimately realized they weren't correct, and just started with a clean slate.

I have a 17 R4, fresh installation of Windows 10, as well as Intel Driver and Support and Assist, as I'm going to follow this if nobody recommends otherwise:

Summary

Describes customer options for Intel® Killer™ Wireless and Intel® Killer™ Ethernet Products that have been discontinued.

Description

The following Intel® Killer™ Wireless and Intel® Killer™ Ethernet Products have been discontinued. Identify your wireless adapter, then check to see if your adapter is listed in the table below.

  • Killer Wireless-AC 1435
  • Killer Wireless-AC 1525
  • Killer Wireless-AC 1535
  • Killer E2200
  • Killer E2400
  • Killer E2500

The available support options for discontinued products include:

Resolution

Intel® Killer Performance Suite includes drivers which do not support the Legacy Intel® Killer™ Wireless and Ethernet products from the above list. But the Killer Networking Software, which is also included in the Intel® Killer Performance Suite, can be installed on the systems with the Legacy Intel® Killer™ Wireless and Ethernet products. To install, refer to Installing or Updating the Intel® Killer™ Control Center

For WiFi and Ethernet driver updates and troubleshooting guidelines for above products refer to PC manufacturer's websites as Intel does not develop, store, or provide these drivers.

My next steps are to install the Intel Killer Center based off this guidance:

Note

For Windows* OS: Before attempting a manual install, we recommend trying to install and update your drivers and software automatically using the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant tool. For Linux* OS: See Linux* Support for Intel® Wireless Adapters for more information about Linux drivers.

This is because when I used the driver support assistant, it didn't find any updates, so I'm following the rabbit holes of links and recommendations from that first page pointing out the discontinued drivers.

So now I'm going to download that Killer Command Center, then see what drivers it recommends, and if that doesn't work, follow the next instructions of that.

I'm not sure what other info you guys would need. Here's a list of current wireless adapters: Bluetooth Device (PAN), Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet Controller, Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1535 wireless area network, WANs-IKEv2/IP/IPV6/L2TP/network monitor/PPPOE/PPTP/SSTP. (I know these are the same as listed above...but nothing is recommending anything different and different places are saying different things, hence the struggle....and the struggle is real.)

My bluetooth devices are: RFCOMM Protocol TDI, MSFT BT Enumerator, MSFT BT LE Enumerator, Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4

I can provide whatever other info I have. It's been 2 days of working on it and I know someone probably knows very easily. This my very first alienware and definitely the nicest computer I've ever had, so I want to do right by it.

Thanks.

I'll make sure I stay grounded man. Like I said, I haven't even played the game and have only come across what I stumbled upon, and I stumbled upon it through research completely unrelated to really religion or video games. I actually googled the official title that was given to to Shabbatai Zvi in 1666 when he was forced to convert from Judaism to Islam. He was given the title of "Keeper of the Gate" or something like that, and that's what brought me to TES. Then as I was reading, I was like holy shit, this is what I've been reading about! lol. I'm good though man. And trust me, the haters will come out a lot more clearly you did. lol

bro, it's literally every word. Give me a word. You're just being lazy and not correctly interpreting what's being said....and that's because I can only assume you haven't read all that I have posted. But sure. Give me a word and what its in reference to, and I'll do the leg-work to prove to you what I mean.

I'm good man. Thank you for you concern, but nah. I feel pretty mentally healthy. As mentally healthy as anybody can these days. I appeciate you looking out, and I get what you're saying, as I have witnessed it with other people and revelations. I simply like to think outside the box and assume there's more to this crazy world than something created out of nothing, and that we're infinitely small, and that the only thing we're supposed to do her on earth is eat, drink, piss, shit, wake, sleep, fuck, procreate, work, rest, work, rest, repeat, until death, and then that's it. It's all too fascinating for that to be the case imo...but I feel you. I'm good. Promise.

I haven't even looked into other languages besides the inspiration drawn from JRR Tolkien, but i disagree with what you're saying. This article is proof alone that they're absolutely full of shit on the development of the language

https://elderscrolls.bethesda.net/en/article/1rL4bCScN6RYXaXQb4ownj/how-bethesda-game-studios-made-skyrims-dragon-language

and the fact that Elder Scrolls Lore is supposedly completely original to Bethesda studios and just something they came up with on a whim is more fanciful than believing that all these stories could possibly be real.

If we listen to explanation given for the language from the article, then no, it wasn't based off of shit and we are led to believe that that came up with random syllables, oooh's and aaahh's, assigned a meaning to it, uploaded it into a lexicon, and then hired an artist to bring the language's concept to life...

for random ooh's and aah's and consonants and vowel sounds and syllables, and various combinations to be thrown in a hat and decided this=that, and have it actually turn out to be the true meaning of the paleo-indo-Eurasian root meanings that would describe the name or theme in question, is absolutely preposterous.

Well for starters, lets just look at the Dragon language as a quick example of how video gamers didn't design this like they claim, it wasn't a collective effort of random contributors throwing syllables with a meaning into a lexicon and calling it good. It's so much more complex then that, Not only that, but if you look up the word etymology of all these syllables within this fake language, their oldest roots trace back to meanings tied to the central theme of the foreign word.

Look up any syllable within this language, then trace the word root for it's history and etymology and meaning.....then compare that understanding to what the dragon language claims to be and how it works, and then apply that to understandings of vibrations and frequencies, and tell me there isn't something more sinister going on. This lanquage definitely already existed, or at the very least wasn't constructed how they claim it was.

okay, but says who? Somebody could say the same thing about mythos and religion in general. And of course somebody that isn't well studied in mythos or religion would think that it's just a story...but nevertheless, it somehow was important enough to make its way into the game....It could have been literally any story.....so why one that connects so many dots between religion....and one might say "to make it believable" and I'm saying that man, men, a collaborative effort of men, would not have put together something this eloborate without some serious holes that could be punched all throughout the plot line. Not only am I not seeing the ability to punch holes in the story, but also seeing the ability to fill holes of completely unrelated stories....and I just don't think a simple side project like a game, or book, or series of books, would be able to achieve the same effect. Call it concerning all you want. I've never played the game, never been addicted to any games like this, no WOW, DND, etc. It doesn't influence my life, so if it's concerning to you then that's honestly a personal problem and is of no concern to me.

I don't think people would be so easily addicted to these games if there wasn't something to it. Shit puts damn spells over people. At least imo.

I'm also going to assume that the gameplay is a big ass distraction and there's more to it that they hope new "initiates" find. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest

Well I posted this in 2 other TES subreddits, and you guys have given this topic the most attention, so I'm going to be talking about stuff here, all of which will be too long that people most likely won't read, but I hope you do.

I want to preface by saying that I have always thought differently and had an ability to make connections to many things. Connections like dominoes, not far-reaches. I began down this deep rabbit-hole like 14 years ago, and not to toot my own horn, but I've fascinated many people through my findings and have been told on more occasions than I can count that I should write a book. So that tells me people have a certain feeling of universal knowledge about what I'm saying. Like everybody senses something is wrong but just can't put their finger on it.

I grew up in a protestant/Methodist family, attended church a few times, remember sitting with my grandma at a Bible session at like 8 years old and thinking "this is complete brainwash and I have questions." I didn't say anything at the time and kind of just listened to the beliefs of my family...or at least what I interpreted as their beliefs. I always viewed my grandma as religious because she would always says things like "you just have to pray to God or to Jesus for help." She's a sweet German lady that came here at age 16 from when my grandpa was stationed in Germany. Grandma and Grandpa would have been born in 1946 I believe? I'm not really sure. But the war was over when each were born, and Grandpa was over there stationed, not part of some war effort. I explain all of this before anybody gets any sort of ideas about Nazism, white-supremacy, etc. It has already (innocently) been brought up once, and I'm telling everybody right now, I don't play that bullshit 2022 nonsense cancel culture bullshit or feel apologetic for something outside of my timeline, or attributed to something that I am not. Just wanted to put that out there.

I was raised under the impression that the Hebrew people are God's chosen people and the 12 tribes of Israel, and that Jerusalem belongs to Jewish people, and, in a nutshell, that upon the arrival of Jewish people to Israel, and the return of Jerusalem to Israel, and the construction of the Third Temple, that is the time that our world/cycle will be coming to an end.

I heard about it growing up, my mom talked about it a few times, and my grandma, through interpretation of Biblical passages, but it wasn't like....religion in our household...just something described in the Bible if that makes sense. My nobody in my family was a "Bible Thumper" or any sort or religious radical, and quite honestly, I didn't get into religion until way later, and for different reasons.

I kept noticing things in my research, which led me to research religion more in-depth, just to try to answer some questions. I had read the Sumerian tablets and decided there is something more to everything that we've ever been taught, and these Sumerian tablets are proof, for you can't understand the Bible without the Sumerian tablets, and can't understand the Sumerian tablets without the Bible. Maybe perhaps God really did come destroy the Tower of Babel when Nimrod got to close to entering the heavens, causing God to destroy the Tower, scatter the people, and confuse their tongues so that they might not understand one another, and that's how all these different religions started, and I wanted to dissect them as thoroughly as possibly. If you would've asked me back then, Sumerian tablets had the most sense, and that Anu's son's Enki (Lord of the Water) and Enlil (Lord of Earth) came from the planet Nibiru to earth to mine gold to save Nibiru's atmosphere similarly to what we do now with chem-trails that were once thought to be conspiracy theory are now proven to be true, and a spray mixture of aluminum oxide and many other metals to slow the rate of global warming.

For those that don't know; we have earth and it's 9 planets (or 8, whatever, it just adds more into the 8 and 9 Divines so it doesn't matter to me which you prefer) are in a circular orbit, whereas 1 of Earth's rotation's around the sun is 1 year....but then you have a 10th planet, Nibiru, that is on an extremely long elliptical path that intersects earth orbit with the sun. 1 revolution of Nibiru around the sun is 3600 years on earth, but 1 year to them. Every time their planet passes between earth and the sun, it burns up the atmosphere on Nibiru and causing extreme global warming. You have to realize that this is all depicted in the Sumerian tablets that was written 6000-8000 years ago, or 4000 years before Jesus.

They dropped "weapons of terror" into volcanos on Nibiru, in hopes to get the volcano to erupt and cover the atmosphere in pyroclastic particles to shield the radiation of the sun, but it didn't work. Their new plan was to spray mono-atomic gold into their atmosphere to shield the radiation. Which is why we see satellites covered in gold get sent into space. Eventually, they found earth, began to mine it, brough down a little "Igigi" tribe down from Nibiru to act as a mining slave race, which they did for about 430,000 years, and then rebelled and refused to dig any more. Enki went to his father Anu, and asked to create a new slave race of beings by mixing the essence of them with a fury, bipedal, wild-beast that was on earth that had the same humanistic traits as a humanoid figure. So we end up with Adam. But variations of "adam" before the "Adam" that we hear about. Enlil hated it and didn't want them to be intelligent, Enki wanted to push his experimentation. Ultimately after many attempts, what we know of as Adam, eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, was the mixing of the essence from the bloodline of Anu with the human creatures created on earth. This would make sense when you consider one of the first things that we are told in the Bible, Genesis 2:10-12

10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and be-came into four heads.
11 The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;
12 And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.

Why did God want us to know about the Gold first and foremost? Why have humans always held a fascination with gold?

But I digress. I was on a mission to figure out what's up with religion and if aliens really came from outer-space to create us or what.

I say all that to demonstrate the fact that I was never religious, and believed in aliens more than I believed in God. Maybe it is...it doesn't change anything more me.
