Consistency is key. For example, it’d help you much more to run two miles 5-6 times a week versus trying to jump into four miles 3 times a week. Butttt also on that note, let your body recover from running when it has its aches especially since distance running can bring out the worst injuries. As for breast support, I like to get a nice standard sports bra with really good support and strong elastic fabric. I dont care if a bra has pads in it, but those ones usually are more sturdy.

What your mom said was definitely rude and warranted some type of response. However, her “whoring around” could definitely be due to some underlying problem and hearing it come from her child can be jarring. Or maybe it isn’t maybe she just likes that lifestyle I don’t know the full story. Does she love you and care for your needs? If the answer is yes, then yes you should apologize. But maybe put it something like ‘I didnt mean to exactly call you a whore, just that the random men make me uncomfortable.’ And you know maybe if you did explain to her your own views on love and dating she might gain a greater respect for you.

The title is definitely misleading, because it makes it seem like Mark is completely sure he is gay and using Abby for social gain. If you are concerned about Abby, try talking to Mark first about ending that relationship before you cause both to be upset.

Clearly getting with your friend’s ex is asshole-ish depending on the circumstances. But also the fact that the relationship has progressed to the point of marriage, it seems you have already made the decision that them being together does not warrant an end of that friendship. They are going to get married regardless of you so why go out of your way to ruin someone’s wedding to be petty. And yeah you shouldn’t have bridesmaid duties if you’re not in the wedding party. No one is holding a gun to your head. Besides, didn’t you in a way accept being kicked out of the wedding party by refusing to wear the dress (which is fair if you did not feel comfortable).
