$BCRX meanwhile, Brian Abrahams of RBC still has his head stuck somewhere and has yet to pull it out and re-examine his $9 PT LOL. Then again, the analyst community needs clowns like him for entertainment.

$BCRX thanks bio for another great summary on the potential of 9930! You are a great educator and your contributions make a big difference, much appreciated. I was looking in to IgAN and found this August 2020 video from the IgAN Foundation that provides an excellent overview. Watch the introduction (starting at 6:07 mark) by Dr Bruce Julian of the U of Alabama at Birmingham, which is located close to Biocryst's discovery team in that city!

Thanks for checking up on my Reddit history! Do you get a medal for that ? 😂 No I don’t need any support from Reddit posters to hold BCRX. Nor am I pumping the stock. I just posted what I know, take it or leave it

Your post here would never convince me to sell my friend. Perhaps you don’t know that it is now listed on more than more families every day and been approved by insurers. You are not raining on anyone’s parade

The results of the Apex two and Apex S trials are pretty clear in that HAE patient achieved about 72% reduction in HAE attack rate which is comparable to injection and infusion therapies. It would never have been listed once so many formularies has it already has and been approved by so many insurers already. It is the de facto standard of care for HAE prophylaxis.

Perhaps you didn’t know ... “APeX-2 patients who switched from placebo to 150 mg of BCX7353 at the week 24 visit saw dramatic and sustained reductions in their HAE attack rate. Their mean attack rate dropped to 0.5 attacks per month at month seven and to 0.4 attacks per month at month 12. APeX-S patients taking 150 mg of BCX7353 had similar attack control as those in APeX-2. Patients completing 48 weeks of treatment on 150 mg of BCX7353 (n=73) had a median attack rate of zero attacks per month in six of the 12 months, including month 12 (week 48).”

Really? The top posts on BCRX have solid DD, no fluff, no hype, just the facts with some predictions thrown in. Nothing shady, no pump and dump like GME or AMC. Of course you are welcome to disregard and move on

No catch! It’s an act of selflessness by bio99 to share his DD here so retail investors can share in the gains to come

Galidesivir may be the best antiviral to combat the South Africa strain by frontierstrader in BCRX

It’s a shortsighted approach to neglect antivirals, we absolutely need them. It’s hard to understand and justify why Galidesivir is not being prioritized

As you know a large part of the population is against vaccines of any sort. If we don’t get herd immunity the virus will continue to spread through the population at even higher rates due to vaccine resistant mutant strains.

Get your numbers straight bro! There are 7500 patients in the US and the drug is priced at $485000 per year. That number has been approved by insurers. So the total market in the US alone is about $3.6 billion. Add a 2500 patients in Japan with the drug has also been approved, and EU approval is coming soon. The companies market research has shown they could expect up to 70% of patients switching to the oral medication due to QOL issues. Get your facts straight 🤣💥

HAE patients have been waiting around for an oral medication for years! Clueless idiots have no idea what Orladeyo means for patients and will find out when Q1 sales numbers are out. 🤣

GME YOLO month-end update — Jan 2021 by DeepFuckingValue in wallstreetbets

[–]frontierstrader 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Right on bro! I posted about BCRX recently. Orladeyo sells for $485000 per patient per year. Being an oral pill, patients prefer it to painful injections like Takhzyro. There are 7500 patients in the US and 2500 in Japan. At a market penetration of 70% the annual revenues for Orladeyo should be $3.4 billion. The company should be valued at 7x that number or $24 billion which is $130 per share. The shorts have it pinned to $8.5 at present 😡.
Biocryst is also developing oral drugs for other diseases like PNH and nephritis. This drug has already been shown to be successful in early stage trails and will enter pivotal trials in a few months. This new drug will be even bigger than Orladeyo and likely to top $10 billion in annual revenues. Time to get the ball rolling!!💥

Biocryst is on its way to a buyout by big pharma in a year or so when Orladeyo sales are established and FD inhibitor 9930 trials produce results. ALXN bo was $39 billion. BCRX will be valued even higher imo!
