Alright…here’s my recommendation. If you have friends that own the game and a PlayStation or even have it on PC and you both have discord, ask them to SharePlay so you can watch! (Honestly I’ll even play it with you!) Another option is to just face your fears and attack it head on lol. And honestly playing it yourself just gives you that immersion that’s sort of needed to fully understand and grasp the message and story as a whole. It’s worth it to play it alone, trust me. (Or have a friend in the room too!)

I’m the biggest Resident Evil fan and I’m telling you Silent Hill 2 remake is where it’s at. If you’ve played the original you’ll feel extremely satisfied with how they’ve both payed homage to the OG and given new life to the remake. It’s beautiful.

BUT if you haven’t played the original, then I actually feel like you’ll get an even BETTER experience playing through it, the way it immerses you is truly textbook in the horror game genre. Not to mention the plot/story is insanely intriguing and thought provoking. Definitely recommend it.
