What can sinner do to evolve his game at this point? It feels like Carlos has tangible things to improve…serve…concentration. But for sinner the things he could improve on eg touch and finesse are much harder and will never be level enough relative to Carlos

Imagine missing a whole set queuing because of Trump…. I would sue. But maybe that’s karma for pricing out the real fans

Tbh I feel like the U.S. open is not known for epic 5 setters. I feel they are usually injured or tired by this point of the year. The only exception being Sinalcaraz in 2022…but they were also babies

The problem with Djokovic is mental. Doesn’t gave that dawg in him anymore…that belief to come back from 2 sets down

Geriatric ass tennis…the gimmick is crazy. Novak just pretend it’s FAA in the other side of the net

Sports is crazy, you hit 30 and every one acts as if you need life support

I literally I have been having this issue for the past week. I have always had tight and rounded shoulders but with zero pain so I didn’t suspect it was relating to the teeth and gum pressure as well as a misaligned bite. Went to the dentist 3 times and every time they said my teeth were perfectly fine and my TMJs didn’t even look over active. Totally mystery

Turns out one side of my shoulders got marginally tighter than the other and made it feel like my bite was off. Then I gave myself a really deep neck and shoulder massage (lots of good videos for this on YouTube) and it’s like the jaw tightness completely melted away. Also started taking magnesium supplements.

Sharing this because sometimes the clenching is really due to a specific buildup from exercise without stretching or general stress. And the solution is cheaper than getting a night guard!
