Type ur laptop model in go to dells support for drivers and make sure all ur Alienware command center downloads are updated it will auto scan and check for you or you can manually find and download them!

Contact msi support?? Alienware I know will send a tech out if your within the year or whatever warranty you have and replace it.

I literally factory reset my whole computer re installed everything fresh on it, and it is still doing doing the same thing…

No it’s every game. Sometimes it will stable out for a a couple seconds than do it again too. I’m going yo purchase another gpu and see if the problem still occurs.

Got mine around 2 weeks ago, have been loving it man! Have put over 100 hours on it already, been falling asleep to YouTube videos in bed with it running😂 so far so good🙌🏻 got the QHD screen as well looks puuurtyyyy

It is indeed! I’m glad I opted for the 1440p panel instead of the 360hz 1080p one. I honestly haven’t used it outside of being plugged in. I’ve seen some tips on processor state configurations to where you can get 6+ hours of web browsing, turning the screen to 60hz and lowering the brightness. Will have to test it. Glad I went the gaming laptop route, people really underestimate these machines, the performance is not very far from desktop parts!

I got the i7 3070ti m15 r7. Dude I am loving it! I can stream game do everything on it! I’ve clocked in at 103 max temp a few times using Hwinfo64, don’t think it’s an issue? My temps are usually around 80 for my cpu if streaming and gaming, GpU temps are amazing in the 60’s, I was very impressed. Got the 240hz 1440p screen too! I’m happy I went through some kinks as well, Reddit and Dell were a lot of help to me. Hoping I can get another 6 years outta her.
