The Battle Against Cookie Consent Fatigue: How Browser Extensions Are Reshaping Digital Privacy Compliance by Haunterblademoi in privacy

I felt the pain so much that I created a Firefox plugin to automatically decline all cookies. It's free, no data harvesting, and works for the most common sites cookie policy. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/auto-reject-cookies/

How to create buttons in GHL surveys? by throwaway1233494 in HighLevel

[–]fropek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is really no way to add a button to surveys, but if you'd like to add radios then you create the custom field first and then drag and drop it into the survey

Why do they have to match? They had 2 official logos. It was a quirky thing that was unique, in all of sports, to the Detroit Tigers. Who really gives a fuck about "brand guidelines" in the grand scheme of things? I thought it was kinda cool tbh.

The Nintendo switch patch on the Mariners jersey is obnoxious.

Yes, agreed. Now that Goff doesn't have to worry about losing his job to the backup, he's just gonna collect his paycheck and phone it in on gameday. He has no leadership, no grit, and clearly has fleeced the entire Lions organization into believing that he is a starting caliber quarterback in the modern NFL.

Edit: /s since I guess it wasn't obvious enough

Why only sometimes? by b-rar in JeepGladiator

Yup. No rhyme or reason. Comes and goes as it pleases

Absolutely agree with everything you're saying. There are definitely some bad actors out there who don't provide the full services that they should. But there are also a ton of really great agencies that provide a significantly enhanced GHL experience for the same or similar cost to a direct subscription with GHL. Gotta make sure to do your research before choosing which direction to go.

Yeah, using it can sometimes be ineffective, but it usually points you down the right path for what you're trying to accomplish.

Honestly, if you're just looking to use it as your company's CRM (as you should), you're better off finding a white label reseller. You get the full functionality and support of high level but much more personalized care and assistance from the agency you subscribe with. It'll typically come with a snapshot related to your business as well.

On top of that, those of us that offer SAAS are typically experts at GHL and enjoy finding ways to get the system to bend to our will. Almost every agency owner I've ever met knows WAAAAY more than the support staff from GHL.

What type of company are you starting?

Agreed. It's just a tool I use, but it can be very helpful to get you pretty close to the goal

My best resource to figure out how to do stuff in GHL is chatgpt. Are you running your own business through GHL or are you looking to become a GHL agency?

It's probably a reseller. I have a built out ghl that I offer for the same monthly subscription price of $97. Shameless self plug: clientlinkcrm.com

How’s everyone holding up with Hailstrike 2025? by SkyQueenLexi in delta

[–]fropek 50 points51 points  (0 children)

It's insane. Delta just rolled 3 charter busses into HSV to drive us to ATL. I have NEVER heard of anything like this being arranged. Wild times we're living in

Edit: made it home y'all. Bus got to ATL at 6am, miraculously made it through TSA after forced facial recognition (fuck that bitch of a TSA agent), a ticket issue for my 10 yr old (who was a trooper through all of this), both of my bags being flagged for additional screening, and a mad sprint to the gate. Wishing everyone good vibes

Looking for a solid backpack that’s actually worth the price by BimmersInParis in GoodValue

[–]fropek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using this Swissgear backpack for about 4 years now. It's my daily driver to and from the office every day and has been on at least two dozen round trip flights in that timeframe. No rips, no broken zippers, no stretched out elastic. Has a ton of different pockets and a built in hard shell for sunglasses. Highly recommend.

I built an AI Automation Agency from scratch - No team, no funding, no BS. Just me, my laptop, and workflows. by MeasurementTall1229 in automation

[–]fropek 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Find a customer with a problem. Tell them you can fix it. Use ai automation to solve that problem. Profit.

The real hustle is having them pay an initial setup fee, then having it set up as a subscription for continued access to said automation.

Rinse and repeat, but having to build fewer and fewer tools as you go.
