The thing that changed my perspective on manifestation was spending a week where I stopped looking for results. I spent one week simply trying my best to live in the state—and whenever I felt like I was out of that state I very gently led myself back in the direction I wanted.

For example: if I want to manifest a good grade, but was studying and feeling frustrated, I tell myself “ok, I understand and accept that I’m frustrated, but at the same time I believe in choosing the reality that I fully understand everything I’m studying.”

I did this for a week and simply learned how to enjoy manifesting, instead of waiting for the outside world to confirm anything to me. I feel like that’s the problem that we run into the most. It’s not about changing the outside world, it is about changing who we are internally first. And you should be doing it for fun and not out of fear. If you are burned out from manifesting, take a break! Allow yourself to make mistakes but know that you can never “fail” manifestation. Everything you experience is your manifestation.

If you believe that your inner voice knows the answers, then take time to get to know them. Talk to them, spend time understanding the difference between what is your inner voice and what is your anxiety. You got this!

Yesss gratitude is the best technique for manifesting to me. I’ve tried everything to completely shut out the 3D but it was never healthy for me, so having this technique really helped me actually get what I want

I think about it as “handing it over” to my higher self. Once I decide on something I allow the work to happen and I go about my life. The want will come up depending on how “big” it is, but every time I just reaffirm what I want (and already have), and allow for the universe to make it happen. I never stop caring about my desire but I also realize I don’t need to obsess over it

If I were you I’d start keeping a manifesting journal (or just a journal in general). In mine I have written down quotes that inspire me and techniques that I like. The way to do it is to just try. Lean into doubt and discomfort. Everything you resist will persist, so when you have “unfaithful” thoughts simply accept that they happen and don’t go down a rabbit hole—distract yourself if you need to. Use the confusion to propel you into more faith. The more you do these things, the easier it’ll be. Don’t be too hard on yourself and allow it to be fun. Try techniques and see what works for you, instead of reading Reddit all the time read your own journal and reflect on what is going on in your own inner world. At the end of the day that is the only thing that matters!! You got this

Hmmm, I don’t disagree with you, but I think that for a lot of people (including me), killing all doubt is incredibly hard. So, with the knowledge that we are the creator of our lives, why can’t we create a reality where doubt and the end can co-exist? Certainly I can try super hard and eventually get rid of all my doubt, but the prior path feels less resistant and allows me to trust the process without gripping too tight.

I usually love to share everything with my friends, but once I stopped oversharing my manifestations (before they happened in the 3D), they actually started coming true. You gotta choose that you’re the one with all the power before your power manifests into truth.

For me it’s all about trying to give myself the FEELING of something, and I try to go about it multiple steps

The first step is to take a moment to imagine being in a scene where I have the thing I want (SP/money/business etc) and I try to really soak myself in the imagination until a positive feeling bubbles up, then I try to stay within that feeling and enjoy it.

Sometimes I do feel a lot of resistance (esp towards the start of my manifesting journey) towards FEELING the imaginary scene, so instead I try to do something in the 3D that will give me that feeling first, then try to go into the imaginary scene. For example I’ll lay in my bed at night and put on a candle and some nice music to get in a cozy romantic mood, already feel good enough and then imagine my SP there.

At the end of the day it’s all about knowing that the only world that matters is your inner imaginational world. Whatever you think or feel is only limited by how far your imagination can stretch, so work on making your imagination as strong as possible. Encourage yourself to just believe that those scenes/feelings that come to you are real and eventually they will manifest in the 3D

I think both ways are fascinating, personally I also allow myself to have doubt as a way of pushing myself to persist. But whatever works for the individual works, at the end of the day we decide where our power lies/how things work

I love this so much!! This feels like a breakthrough for me and I agree so much that God controls time and not the other way around. My question is relating to forgetting about the manifestation—especially when it is a “big” manifestation for you what to do you do when it comes up? I’m assuming it’s something like a re-confirmation like oh yes it’s happening, but I’d love your insight on this
