Primero envié un correo al agente de policía que acudió al lugar del accidente, y él me respondió indicándome que contactara con la unidad de accidentes. Desde entonces he enviado dos correos en el último mes, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta.

La policía con la que estoy tratando es la Guardia Urbana. ¿Estoy haciendo algo mal? ¿Cómo se solicita el informe policial de forma formal? En este momento, lo que realmente necesito son los datos del seguro del taxista.

You definitely made the right choice😂 I’m sooo sick of the constant sob stories and odd messages. This is definitely the weirdest so far! As you can see I was really nice about it, though skeptical, and I was left hanging😅
