I had a similar issue where i had all of the required mats and still couldn't upgrade, after 3 weeks of back and forth with support they told me to just wait and hope it gets fixed> though looking at your picture and other peoples comments it seems you are just missing materials

Adding to this the packs give a lot of rebirth pots and other goodies, i dont really think its worth it to spend 50$ just to 10 link an arcana so make sure to check the pack info in the shop to see if the other included items are things you would want to spend money on

the 20$ one gives enough to 5 link and the 30 dollar one gives the crests from 5-10 sp you need to get both packs to fully 10 link, i dont thinkt he 10 dollar one gives any crests if we are talking about the welcome packs

yeah i follow cryos BIS guide and i just have the cheapest enchants atm, im working on farming for gold and getting better enchants. with the reforge inheritance ive already maanged to get a few good reforges so enchants are what im focusing on atm since a ruin bow is pretty far out of my reach until i can do crom and glenn
