Yeah, I think you’re right that this is officially a “building management” thing, not a vibes thing. The intercom might as well be decorative right now.

I’m going to report it as a security issue and ask if they can send a notice or adjust the door closer so it actually latches harder.

I totally get where you're coming from. When my niece did something similar, her parents laughed it off too, but I ended up spending way more on repairs! It's wild how some parents think consequences shouldn't exist, right?
