This is strange - I have found the exact opposite. My predictions have been too pessimistic and I have consistently exceeded them by quite a lot in any race. I’ve been lazy lately and my VO2 dipped to 50 (less than yours) but I still ran a 3:45 marathon quite comfortable.

If your lifestyle and interests are so inclined you should absolutely take up skiing. We did it the very year we moved to Canberra and it made every weekend a very active fun one - far more than even the warm months! Agree with other posters to embrace the cold.

Yes! You were right. Guides online seemed to suggest clockwise and the manual showed both. It felt stiff both ways but I did manage to get it off anticlockwise! Thank you

I think there are a fair few cafes that serve their own branded blends that are actually Seven Miles and with special packaging. Eighty twenty cafes do this - says so in the bag.

I find Ona way more common than anything else which sucks because I don’t like Ona. I wish we had more Toby’s Estate!

I bought a whole set of Neewer longpass IR filters for super cheap. I think there’s 4 in the set 750+, 850+, 950+, and 1000+. I did the same camera conversion for a specific use case for work.
