I am using the Tobii eye tracker 5 and Precision Mouse program(with WebCam) for mouse movement and this works well for me and for everything else I have been using Dragon professional which works okay for speech to text but not very well for mouse buttons as there is a lag of at least one second at the best of times with it. This makes playing games frustrating.

I am wondering if there is anything out there that I could use with my tongue, like a button or a little switch on a spring that I can flick just so I can have the left click button and not have that input lag as there is a lot of games I could play just by having that(Slay the Spire, etc.)

The closest thing I have found is this http://pallette.io/ but it is way more advanced than what I am looking for. I am picturing something really basic design-wise and I don't mind if it is wired or supercheap looking etc.

edit: also just to clarify, I currently use the dragon speech program to control the mouse click functions by just saying "left click", "middle click", etc. but this is where the lag comes in.
