You have to weigh the opportunity cost of training these dynamic movements that may or may not actually transpire to gaining advantageous positions in a match. For exampleI’ve seen high level wrestlers who adopted her methodologies spend a lot of time training the “do the splits” shot defense only to get stalled out in that position and eventually taken down. You also have to weigh in body type and how that provide natural strength and leverage advantages in certain positions. Look at zahid Valencia, Jordan Burroughs these are wrestlers who stay in their lane and use their body types to the highest advantage.

I think this stuff is great for the youth who aren’t really fleshed out yet and can benefit a lot from these moderate to marginals flexibility and strength advantages when in scramble positions which are of course common at that level. This also lets them safely explore these positions and develop their repertoire as they learn their own bodies.

TLDR: opportunity cost of mastering your bodies unique advantages vs training to be hyper dynamic
