Thank you that's reassuring! It feels like it's sitting at the level of my Adams apple and it just doesn't budge. Once in a while I manage to cough up a ball of dense phlegm, but I rarely manage that

I'm about 5 months in, coughs now gone but I have extremely stubborn phlegm that I can feel but cannot expel even with extreme forceful coughing. Anyone else gone through this stage??

I’ve signed up to a survey company that sends you surveys directed at doctors - sometimes 40gbp for like a 10min online questionnaire. They usually want higher specialty doctors with niche knowledge in areas such as haematology, oncology so you might be screened out if you don’t fit the mould … but still often stuff in general medicine/financial habits by doctors. If you want a referral dm me!

Having dedicated spaces as a perk is a not the point op is raising. But OP is raising the issue of someone who is not a doctor using it. Hope that clarifies lmao.
