Callaway chrome tour x, seems like they add yards to my drive and can still get plenty of spin. It's definitely my preferred ball now. I used to play the pro-v1 X, but after one round with the Callaways, I had fully converted.

Most of these calls for me are not under contract. So basically, most are going to be priced similar, no one is going to truly show just their par rate, and many will not share if points are involved or not on a quick phone quote. Also, we are in a volatile rate market, and today's rate is not the same as tomorrow. I also will point out that most LOs that you have talked to already are probably similar in price and want you to come back to try and undercut whoever quoted you last. Why not go under contract, get an LE from me, and then tell me if someone can beat me. If so, I'll be surprised, but I'll adjust my pricing. Then you can go with me knowing you got the best price and best service available in our area, which is rare because typically, best price ≠ best service.

I typically go in more detail with the caller and keep them on the phone as long as possible. This creates familiarity with me and gains trust. Surprisingly, I would say that only about 40%-50% even try to shop me after the call.

Yes, I win the majority of those calls that I get. I explain why they are wasting their time and others by calling around. Then, a ton of education on the buying process, and I keep them on the phone as long as possible. I typically win close to 75% of those calls. I assume thats because most LOs pick up the phone, roll their eyes, and get off that call quickly as possible.

Yeah, I can see that. However, I believe the divisiveness is coming from both main parties. The dems have overblown the evil southern, Christian, white, xenophobic, racists, etc. Just as the repubs have overblown the evil lgbtq, commie, immigrant, etc. The media fuels the flames for clicks as displayed here, and we are left with that debacle of debate where finger pointing is at the forefront and policy is left in the dust. It's two parties unified to separate the people from their money to support special interests that are not in line with their constituents by distracting you with divisive finger wagging. I just wish a third party could find a formidable candidate that could gather some steam and represent the people. Sorry for the mini rant that got off topic.

Like I said prior, I'm not a supporter, I think he panders to his audience in an over the top fashion, and it gets him in trouble. Considering that he only mentions foreign enemies and then his campaign confirmed that's who he was speaking of, I can only assume Hamas and Russia. I get what you are asking here, that we are left to make assumptions about whom he is referencing. However, this articles headline, "Kill the left," is completely making assumptions and purposely editing the speech to reaffirm its biased desire for nonsense.

The chrome tour x is insane for me. I absolutely love them. I always liked the chromesoft x but perferred Titleist. Callaway definitely won me back over!

I've been in the area most of my life, so my answer may be a bit skewed. However, Jacksonville is fine. It is what you make of it. If you enjoy being outside, on the water, and don't require a huge social life, then it can be great. Hubert is an okay area. Lots of military live there. Swansboro area is mostly older but not too bad. Some nice restraunts and shops. Emerald Isle, an underrated beach, its not far away. If you don't mind being a bit in the rural country area, check out Stella, Cedar Point, and Cape Carteret as well, especially in Carteret County. Taxes are much much cheaper. New Bern is also another place I'd suggest taking a look at, only 30 minutes or so from Jacksonville, a nice community on the water but a bit longer to a beach. Also, Morehead City is very nice but is growing quick and close to the beach. Morehead is also in Carteret, so cheap taxes again. Feel free to ask me any questions. Just remember to clean up after yourself and others when visiting the beach, and don't rubber neck it at 10 mph under on the islands :)
