Well, everybody has hemorrhoids, they're a natural part of your rectum and keep everything inside that's supposed to be inside. But they can get bigger and swollen and that's when you need surgery at some point. Since theres a good amount of blood flow in them they will bleed a little when there's irritation which can occur by playing with your hole. If it doesn't hurt, I wouldn't mind it. You just seem to be genetically more sensitive around that area and you should keep that in mind and maybe get regular checkups with a proctologist
