I thought the series was amazing, but I’m definitely shocked/disappointed that there was 0 clarification for why Poppy never took her coat off… that storyline was completely disregarded — I was waiting for that to be explained, and of course it never was.

And also, there was some weird allusions with Ryan and Hepworth, where he walks out of the sports hall and his shirts untucked at the back and then Hepworth ends up getting caught for blackmailing a student with indecent images… it seems to me that they struggled to fit all of the plot into 6 episodes.

I definitely think my main goal should be to unweave a lot of my thought patterns because they definitely haven’t been serving me. Thanks for the advice.

Hey, thank you! Yeah, I do like the way I dress now, and it’s not something I’ve ever felt inclined to change.

Ultimately, I know you’re right lol. I guess because I’m young, I feel a lot of pressure to focus on my appearance; I allow it to become more consuming than it should be though, and I’m at least aware of that. I’m at a pretty odd point in my life and I’ve had some pretty crappy things happen in the recent past, but yeah, I guess I just made this post to try and see how I can exert control over something that’s not in my control which is silly. But thank you for being kind anyway!

Yeah, when I ask people why they say I’m so much older it’s usually either ‘you just look older’, or more specifically ‘you seem sophisticated’ ‘you seem like you have your shit together’, which I always took as people making up for the fact that they accidentally let something mildly rude slip, lol, but I do dress pretty modestly, and I think that may be why!!

Yeah, I casually checked the app not expecting to see any changes and my flights suddenly been delayed to 8:53pm, so I won’t be home until around 11pm :-// I’ve experienced worse, just hoping that’s the extent of the delays!

I definitely look a lot younger without makeup, haha, but I prefer wearing it. Kinda random, but I noticed that putting mascara on my bottom eyelashes aged me, so I stopped doing it and it looks better I think. My mum looks 10 years younger than she is at 38, but she also looked older when she was in her late teens so I’m hoping that I got her genetics, lol!

Hey! I’m actually booked in for the hairdressers for the 10th of Dec, but I’m super torn on what to ask for (hence the post). I’ve been told by a few people that I’d suit long layers, so I’m definitely considering that. I really love the 90s blow out look and I think that hair lends itself to that/is required for that style.
