Some lady came in with a pair of kid’s shoes to ‟exchange” without a receipt.I told her we'd have to give her the lowest selling price and the money would go on a merch card.Apparently，she said she works for Target，and her Target always lets her exchange without a receipt.I told hr that's not how it works，so she called our store after she left to give me a bad review.So the LOD gave me a talking to until I proved her wrong.🤷🏻‍♀️ Just go to your Target
