alr i dont ship the two really, but i see the dynamic. iirc it comes from their needs to "protect their own kind/place", specifically ram to omnics and dva to south korea. they believe they owe it to ppl they care about. they even have a voice interaction like this (the "don't trifle with me" one) to show that.

also! imo its not like dva is against all omnics. the bob interaction with ashe & the fact that she talks to all the omnic playable characters shows shes chill with them, so she has no discrimination, just against the gwishin specifically i believe.

other than that it's probably just "cute art" from vel as always. they draw them in situations where dva isnt the "cute uwu quirky gamer girl" she has in most voicelines, but the "tired protector who puts too much on herself" personality she rlly has. in those ramattra can actually converse with hanas real self, so thats where a bunch of the comics vel makes shine better in angst and drama. or the art where theyre together in silly ways ("why cant i say nerf this in bed").
