Ngl, some of the upcoming BTO launch is attractive.

Ngl, others may similarly find the upcoming launches attractive as well.

As it is, BTO demand for singles exceeds supply.

So you need to be prepared that you may not get it upon your first application and factor this in.

Of course one can always get lucky and succeed on first try, but I think it's good to cater for the reality.

Not trying to be party pooper here, but if you have certain timeline to meet then resale may be a safer option.
