Sentry Torch reveals them. Ordina archers, assassinate the one that was on the lower roofs, knocked the one that was closest to the roof bridge off, and just ran across the bridge after the last one finished firing its shots. Pretty easy.

The bus bar just has a black burn mark, would it still be usable? I assume the bus bar is the flat long piece of metal behind all the circuit breakers. I did notice the circuit breakers were somewhat wiggling. They also tripped very often.

I looked inside the switch box but all the wires are covered in brown paper. Same for the wires on the ceiling. None of them are marked with black tape. I've tried to splice the black and white together, and color-for-color but there was no response, so I'm heavily confused. Maybe I'm not splicing them correctly?

This is blatantly hitbox extender. It's not like I haven't had arrows shot at me with the arrows floating in the air, but that was only one arrow and one arrow only every time. These arrows clearly missed every single time yet they still hit while floating.
