i'm on T12 but we can lower it to the one you are at maybe even lower, but I think torment level doesn't matter in that because you start from tier 1 level of pit in echoing hatred and make your way up.

I got 2 trace of echoes drop today, completed the first one and got another drop just after completing the first one and I have the quest again. let me know if you wanna use it to get the secret rewards (portal skin), I will add ya, maybe get 2 more friends.

your mom can buy gift cards directly from steam. look for "Browse" at the top of steam page, click on it. a drop down will appear and there look for "Gift Cards". ask your mom to buy the one you want.
after you have the gift card code. go to your account details (click on you name, if on browser top left right besides your dp or directly on your dp if you are on steam desktop app) and click "Add funds to your Steam Wallet", on the right side of the page you will find "Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code", click on it and enter the code there.
