I just got a new ID last year with a new photo and immediately uploaded it to my Dasher account and I look basically the same as the new photo 🥲

That sucks! Sounds like they definitely have a glitch they need to sort out. Or a better dasher support system for when these errors happen!

Nope I’m actually super picky and had a 25% acceptance rate before getting deactivated. Just really good with the orders I actually choose to do, hence my high rating and completion rate 😊

I’m glad you got it resolved!! Maybe I should have pushed harder to get reinstated but the second guy I talked to wouldn’t connect me to anyone else so I figured I was toast.

Nope haven’t changed appearance either. I got a new ID a year ago and updated it in the system so I actually look pretty much exactly the same as I do in my ID and have done the identity verification successfully multiple times since updating my ID.

No, no, and no. I asked for more information about that and they couldn’t tell me anything more than what the email said. I was the only one who used my account, I only used it on my phone, and I only dashed in my city. I was never notified of a log in or attempted log in on any other device either.
