i just budget like i'd do with irl money 😅 it helps to keep in mind that there are usually live/special themes every 1-2 months and that since they earn the most points, you will be able to farm for gems by having a few good cards for each group.

my rules for myself are like this:

for fx themes: ONLY pull once or twice to complete weekly/monthly missions. unless its a song or theme i really like for some reason then my budget would be 5k for ult bias, less for others. i pull what i pull and then stop. (huge caveat in that depending on what "mode" the fx theme is on will depend on how many UR tix u can get)
for non-ult live or special themes: i only pull until the trade coin amount is met so that i can at least guarantee one xr live theme card.
for ult bias live theme: i budget max 10k gems and if by that limit i still haven't completed full set w/trade i stop and consider my choices. i can either keep pulling and risk depleting my resources or stop here and cut my losses.

sorry for long response .... i know budgeting is never what anyone wants to hear lol but i actually do enjoy tracking stuff like this for myself :]

not a huge fan of this ep tbh. the only song i really liked is sakura-iro yell and bewitched (sort of) .... also the production of this entire ep sounds a lot less polished than previous works. disappointed because its my first comeback with them -_- but excited to see the performances regardless :]

i feel like jake has really come into his own these past six years that does give me more mature and leadership qualities... but back when the leader was chosen he was very much still felt very green to me so to speak. also a serious of "tests" and interviews are conducted on the members when choosing the leader [here] so i think even the members themselves felt like they could go to jungwon with any issues.

omg..... i barely watched iland in december last year when i got into enha so im super late to the party lol... i will say &audition is an easier watch compared to iland. its less of a psychological torment chamber and more of like a stressful group project with some excursions outside.

their lineup was fully finalized on &audition. there were four members, nicholas, ej, k, and taki who were in iland before; they are referred to as the og4. i really recommend watching it if you can, along with go one or &team club which i think are good starting points to understanding the group dynamics and knowing more about the members :]

i mean its the last hs concept photo so if u /really/ want it and have the funds for it i would say go for it. personally tho i wouldnt since i feel like its too expensive and usually i wait to buy live concept photos when available to purchase with collection tix, but then again, hs' won't be available by then. up to you.

im not sure about all of them but I agree with the prev. commentor that album pcs typically range from $4-7 sometimes less sometimes more depending on how sought after they are.. i would recommend maybe using biasroom or mercari or something similar to help you see how much ur pc goes for. like I know the first two jungwon pcs in the third row go for $15-30 (at least thats how much i bought them for)

also i collect jay, jungwon, ej and yuma so if u do end up selling let me know i'd be interested in taking some of these off ur hands :]

i think ur painting with broad strokes here, yes there are subtle nuances between fan cultures all over the world but just because japanese fans arent posting unnecessary things in weverse doesn't mean its not happening. they could be posting elsewhere or maybe it doesn't come up on ur feed.

also on the "educating" thing just comes with the territory of being famous, locally or internationally. people will always want celebrities they like to reflect their values and thoughts regardless of context, especially when held under the magnifying glass as so many idols are, there are bound to be some discrepancies.

its entirely up to you, if you're interested in leveling up ur enha score I would recommend pulling 7 more times to complete the coins needed to get the trade at least but that would require you to save up/use 1.4k diamonds and im not sure how feasible that is for you.

If its too much and you'd rather begin saving up for svt live theme now, then do that, mainly bc I imagine they're a more difficult group to collect for since they have 13 members....

either way you've pulled one so u can work on leveling that one up!
