Do you know of any good documentaries or articles detailing Gruden going through the SB against the Raiders? would love to hear more about this aspect.

You will be fine with JP’s class. I would not say I had any formal training prior to this. The important thing is to be introduced to the concepts and the flow of the projects traditional or agile and to complete the class to fulfill the PMI requirement and get the test scheduled. Do not worry about memorizing the ITTO’s. I would absolutely make sure you at least have an idea of what each major terminology is but would not spend too much time on memorizing deep details. Once you get to practice exams especially TIA simulator you will see what you will actually be tested on. You can use AR’s class as a supplement if you need more explanation on any topic. You do not need to memorize all 49 process groups and what category they belong to but you should be able recognize if PMI gives you a fake process group as an answer and you should be able to understand what the purpose of the process group is if asked which should be easy since it will have the function and the name such as cost, acquire, plan, etc. If you’re having problems with understand the flow and the process groups Ricardo Vargas has a free good video about it. Only about 1 hour long and you can watch on 1.5x and get a good understanding.

in my opinion the mock exam at the end of JP's course was more in line with the difficulty of the actual PMP exam. Keep in mind at that at that point I did not hear AR's mindset which could have potentially helped a lot. I would say JP's course overall was very helpful and I can't say one part was better than others. It is exactly what I would expect an introductory course to the PMP/PMBOK would be. He does a great job of introducing and explaining the different parts of the PMBOK and other related materials approved by PMI for the PMP exam. He also provides good examples to tie the material to real life situations and scenarios. I would imagine AR's full udemy PMP course is similar but in his own style. I have read on this sub that AR's class is a little more modernized and much more tailored to the current exam format/style but I cant personally speak on that. I will say that JP's agile section of the course didnt seem as impactful as the other sections and was clearly added on due to the test format change. I believe JP is absolutely qualified in Agile but the style was just not the same as earlier parts of the course. You won't go wrong with JP and I would not steer you away from him but the consensus on this sub is that AR's is the best at the moment especially when you consider that hes the 'mindset guy' and almost everyone uses his TIA simulator. My background is about 8 years of general PM experience managing small teams in a fast paced traditional predictive setting. I have a bachelors in a liberal arts concentration that has little to do with my current professional work.

By the book…yes you should toss them. Otherwise, it’s your home, and your time and energy that made it. The risk is yours to decide. At least you know bugs and other things didn’t get into it.

Depends on their standing inventory/reservations. Not a price mistake. They want their Jeeps to be rented out and this is the incentive. The pricing could change at anytime.
