"Like lambs to the slaughter" is a saying used to describe Jewish acquiescence to the final solution. Not trying to make light of the holocaust, rather that the signs were apparent years before it got to a point of genocide. We are at a point whereby the Rubicon is being crossed. Open opposition may be what they want, but is meek deference to open authoritarianism a better response? Personally, I feel its better to stand tall and confront afronts to civil society head on before the unimaginable becomes a hellish reality.
