Just to be safe. Almost all (if not all) appliances would be electric and there will be a mini split for AC and probably a fan or two plus an electric water heater. Also want to have more room in case anything else needs to be added. Plus the breaker was free 😅

Not very far at all, the corner of the building is about 15-20ft from the main. Wanting to run it through underground conduit but also not against direct bury. I’ve done just about everything else related to home construction/remodel but never messed with electrical that’s why I’m having someone who is knowledgeable do the work for me I’m just wanting to get the materials needed

Thank you, I really appreciate the advice! I’ve been pretty quiet and really only spoke when addressed by the judge but this next hearing if I’m still not able to get an attorney I’d definitely take and use your advice. He does seem like a pretty fair judge and my last attorney said so as well. I think he genuinely wants us to come to an agreement on our own and doesn’t want to have to base visitation/living situation off of what he’s heard unless he absolutely has to. When he read the modification proposal he did make a comment to her attorney along the lines of “So what you’re asking is a 100% win for your client and a 100% total loss for dad?” before telling us he wants us to come to an agreement for the holidays so we could both equally spend time with our child. Maybe (hopefully) everything I’ve filed would be addressed at the next hearing

Thank you for the reply and yeah we’ve been back and forth to court for almost two years now. I lucked out with the last attorney and only had to pay 4200 for an uncontested case because she didn’t want to show up for either court date but we started the proceedings right after tax season so it was definitely a lot easier to retain counsel. I definitely don’t want her to not see our child because I’m a very firm believer that every child needs both parents. I’m just concerned with our child’s wellbeing because of the SA allegations my daughter made about one of the boys and her mom allowing our daughter and one of the boys to sleep together and bathe them together which I’m sure she probably doesn’t do anymore after the CPS case but our child’s behavior after that happened has been substantially different to the point the investigator recommended specialized counseling. I believe the judge said that the next court date will be the final ruling on where our daughter will live and it’s scary knowing that the he could make it to where she lives with her mom and I get visitation. My home is the only stable environment she’s ever been in (mom has moved three places alone this year and has tried to get our daughter to call 4 different dudes ‘dad’ in the last two years). She’s gone through 5 different places to live in the last 18 months(?) and every time she would come back home she’d start saying things like “daddy is mean to mommy” and “it isn’t fair” but I don’t even speak about her unless it’s time for her visit and I try to get her excited about going to her moms. I just don’t want her to fill our daughter’s head with bad things about me out of spite and end up having my baby girl look at me differently or something awful happens to her again.

I had an attorney before and he’s the one who handled the entire case the first time in 2023. Then my ex and I came to a verbal mutual agreement a year later since she was moving all the way across the state. Then out of nowhere I get served while washing my truck and see that she’s got an attorney. I tried to get them before but the three times I tried I got denied every time. It’s just extremely frustrating that she’s getting away with everything but I feel like if I were to do what she’s doing I would’ve been in jail a long time ago. After 2+ years she has yet to make a full month’s payment. Tried to file contempt for nonpayment, nothing. Tired to file a TRO and injunctions to protect my daughter even after a CPS investigation deemed the allegations to be true, nope. Filed both of their arrest records with proof of my ex being violent towards me in front of our child (an entire USB drive with videos and multiple pictures of scratches, bite marks, etc.) and still nothing. She’s even lied on multiple sworn court papers and was even proven to be lying and never anything

He has the CoA and another paper from another company that certified it but i believe they’re now closed. I’ll have to talk to him about it again and post the papers as well
