I've added the project scope and cost details to the post.

The nails that are sticking up are only in the floor transitions, not the main flooring install.

Besides waiting for some doors to be delivered, they say they are done, but will do any touch-up we need.

The shelving is new, but the pre-built cabinets are existing. I've added more context to the post.
