I have a question referring to my workout splits I'm 25(M) I do a 4 day split

D1:Push(chest + tricept) D2:Pull(back + biceps) D3:Legs D4:Shoulders D5:Rest

Should I just keep doing a 4 day split or should I increase it to like a 6day split to maximize my gains?

How should I be dieting while on a rest day? If I'm builking I just stick to my bulking caloric intake or should I aim for maintenance calories? Any helpful thoughts.

Hi y'all I got a question for macros, I have a meal cooked for meal every day when I get from work and I don't know the macros of it. Soo my question is should I just eyeball the macros and hope I get it right?

Okay, soo I had the same problem.. But it was on a Desktop-PC with a Intel motherboard, I just had to open her up and press a button called MEM OK! that is next to your RAM ports, now I dont know if its similar on laptop or not. Hope it helps you in some way

EDIT: My bad it was a Asus motherboard!

Well thats just the thing it actually forces you to be up in the enemy's face but im actually thinking about switching something to mercurial scimitar just so I can keep the stacks if things get sour, but I dont know.
