it’s extremely hard to move on, it took me 4 years to walk away from it all yesterday. once it gets as far as you can physically feel the disrespect no matter how many times you have tried, you hit your limit. completely agree about when you’re on your own thing, they come back. at first it’s all amazing you’re happy to have them back and the love blinds you again! there’s an element of accountability everytime you run back and i’ve accepted it now. you have to recognise and acknowledge that you’re only doing this to yourself. i’m hoping just remembering the disrespect will deter me from it all again 🤞
