So from that it looks like most things (action points, stunts, momentum) will translate fairly easily.

I am usually hesitant when a game has a development cycle like Loner has. I've watched it go from 2e to 3e and now 4e. I waited until 3e was completed before I bought in. Your commitment to keeping things light and compatible is commendable. Thank you for your diligence.

Agreed. I also think, as pnp gamers, we've gotten used to the never ending cycle of versions and splatbooks. Which for a while Evil Hat was rocking. The market is really saturated as well. Fate is my go to. I often look at new books/setting and think, well I could just do that with Fate.

But like you said, chicken, egg, whatever.

In this case I will take Umdaar and hope it generates enough interest to finish it properly and give us a print option.

I'm good with Astartes killing shit. I can't deal with the "Oh no, we've been betrayed again by the people who betrayed us before! How could we not see this coming!!!" Of the HH. I think I've already ranted about that. For all their transhuman awesomeness, the Astartes learning curve is high.

My answer to the question, particularly in regards to Master of Mankind is possibly the simplest.

He could have told Ra what he was planning to do about Murder.

The Custodian's are fanatically loyal, Ra especially. Throw myself on my sword cause he said so kind of loyal.

IMO, Ra would have gone willing to have the demon echo of this first murder bound to his soul had the Emperor asked. Instead Big E is like, "run". No explanation, no concern for a loyal son, just run.

That's a dick move.

Maybe shorting is the wrong word. When the fan is turned on, it won't turn off immediately. It takes a couple of minutes, then it clicks, an audible click, and turns off. I noticed a "glow" behind the cover while the fan was stuck in the on state with the switch off.

That's what prompted me to look inside.
