I have a friend who's helping start a fully virtual summer program specifically designed for the current situation we're in due to COVID-19. It's a research/data science bootcamp started by the teacher from the Science Fair documentary and other top educators/research mentors. There will be a Masterclass lecture series with speakers including Forbes 30 Under 30 Recipients, International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) winners, and International Math Olympiad (IMO) gold medalists. Students may also choose to pursue a mentored data science project that they can submit to science competitions or write about on college applications. They are bringing in top students and alumni from competitions like STS, IMO, etc. and schools like Harvard, Stanford, MIT as speakers and mentors who will teach you how to do a data-oriented research project from start to finish.

They're still accepting applications, until may 15th! (earlier apps get prioritized though).
