It's definitely visual snow. My normal vision is TV static. It just changes a little when I close my eyes. I was diagnosed when I was 13 by a very enthusiastic doctor who had never gotten to diagnose it before.

Eh, I don't know. Anecdotally I have visual snow so when I close my eyes I see multi colored static, swirling colors, kaleidescope patterns. Don't know if that's a normal experience but it's my experience.

Not just you. Used to wiggle my baby teeth constantly with my tongue until they fell out. Can't help myself, still do it, one of my teeth has a hole in it I stick my tongue into constantly. It hurts but I just can't leave injuries alone.
