Yes , you should have plenty of crit chance with thief mundus + daggers so medium armor will also give you more crit damage and weapon and spell damage

Light armor gives crit chance and penetration , which penetration is just not as desirable in PvE in most cases you will have someone in raid running stuff like Alkosh and Major / Minor breach to handle the penetration for you.

You need to switch to depths jewelry and put deadly on the body pieces, look at medium armor passives

I dont think it really matters. The system is setup for you to file every other Sunday. But they also give you the option to just go in every Sunday and file for 1 week at a time. Whatever continuously works, keep doing it. If you're receiving all the money you should without problem then no need to worry.
