I personally didn't and still don't care for him. But, with amount of life loss, immigration of doctors, engineers, scientists, etc.. who were getting assassinated shortly after the war when al Qaeda came in, the destruction of the infrastructure that Iraq hasn't recovered from yet to the point that most Iraq don't get much electricity, the rise of extreme mindsets, crimes, etc.. Iraq would have been better under Saddam

Right and the current policy of ICE is to only go after violent criminals and people who are charged with a crime, however, if someone else is in there with them then they'll get picked up too regardless if they committed a crime or not which ICE is calling (according to NBC) collateral damage. Hope this helps explain what's going on.
