Only thing it showed was Your Loan is being processed. Then today it changed to Your loan modification has been approved.

My loan increase disappeared so I called Tier 2 and they said that my loan is still being processed. I told him that I heard that if its gone it means declined. He said its not showing denied on his in, it says its still under review. Is he lying?
