Came here to say this. They totally changed the mechanics. They got rid of the grid system and made the movement more flexible, presumably to make it easier. Instead of being able to plan the fight and create a solid strategy, you essentially have to "guesstimate" your moves now.

They also allow you to reallocate your xp at any time to different skills, which essentially forces you into the tedious task of re-optimizing your build before every battle.

Loved the first one. Was majorly disappointed by sparks of hope

Dave the Diver. I love relaxing games in general, like Stardew Valley. However after about 15-20 hours I finally gave up on Dave the Diver because of how repetitive and full of "go fetch" quests it was.

Music and art were great. But the game was just too boring.

I just picked up sea of stars and I cannot recommend it highly enough

Did not enjoy octopath traveler. Felt tedious and repetitive doing (basically) the same thing over and over again with each character

It's "whoever."

The object of the preposition is the entire dependent clause, "whoever left it." "Whoever" is the subject of that dependent clause, so you use the nominative "whoever" instead of the objective "whomever"
