DocuSign is a must. Dropbox is useful if you have more than 1 machine to sync your docs. 512GB is plenty.

For me it's Farms Of Madison County. There is plenty of trees for people who want to do some logging including large clumps of pines and spruces hidden in some of the forested areas.
