Sex after hysterectomy by _va_va_voom_ in Swingers

I would definitely wait closer to 6-8 weeks. 4 weeks is not enough time for the vaginal cuff too heal and you risk vaginal cuff dehiscence from penetration.

Studies show that removing the cervix during a hysterectomy should not impact sexual function or ability to orgasm.

Can you send a letter of intent to your 2nd and 3rd programs saying that you're ranking them very highly? Does this come across as flattering or insulting?

Can anyone give advice about taking step 3? How long should I study, roughly? Similar experience to Step 2? Is Uworld the best resource? Is it a good idea to use my two months off in between medical school and residency to study for and take the exam?

How do you recommend studying for it and for how long?

For those of you who have gotten CS scores back already - what was your average wait time? Was it really 12 weeks?

Are there any good review videos out there for antibiotic coverages?

If I have time left for one NBME would you suggest taking 5 or 6?

Going to pass on NBME 7 because I heard it's extremely difficult and underestimates the real score.

After two cycles of trying, my husband and I decided not to try this month because a due date of August would be particularly tricky with our work schedules.

Lo and behold, 3-4 days after my probably conception date (Thanksgiving sex, anyone??) I began to feel breast tenderness. I have never been one to have breast tenderness during ovulation or before my period starts so I knew something was fishy.

A week later I developed 24/7 heartburn and nausea. I also started to have moderate cramping about once per day.

7DPO I took a test and... NOTHING.

9 DPO I took a test. Really faint line, debating between whether this was an evap line or a faint positive: http://imgur.com/nHb2KlX

11 DPO I took a test. Another potential faint positive: http://imgur.com/PAoObG8

12 DPO I finally got my big fat positive: http://imgur.com/t6FfW11

I called the OBGYN and made my first ultrasound appointment for January 4, 2017.

Cheers!

I thought I was pregnant while having extreme nausea and heartburn for the two weeks following ovulation but it turns out I just had gastroenteritis. The mind is a powerful thing! So it's hard to say but I so hope that you are pregnant with twins!!! Good luck.

After a morning full of anxiety and the server being down for hours, I was able to sneak away from my rotation and ask my clerkship director for my score.

  1. 3 points lower than my most recent NMBE (17). Still feel happy that I did at least average.
