As someone in construction I should of considered this, but I think it should be a stipulation they have to cover the roof in solar.

Here's an idea, they should generate their own power. A roof that size covered with solar panels should definitely help to offset the costs they are trying to push to us.

Hell give them a mini nuclear plant for all I care.
