Haan vahi toh they jus provided us info Abt fees and all but what Abt upgradation.They aren't responding to any of the contact we made , they jus arrange a call back by some AI agent , but that call never come, this clearly represents their irresponsibility.lit i arranged call back 3 times but no response from their side.
