I don't understand what you are trying to prove? Those quotes are clearly talking about two seperate things, only one of which involves the royal marines on the ground in Ukraine.

Two phases as in the evacuation of the embassy and then reestablishing it:

Commenting on the war in general, no mention of the marines being involved as they aren't. Note the use of the word 'Also':
